REGISTRATION
Thank you for your interest in participating in the third annual Sprint for Skin Cancer 5K run/3K walk event. It will be held in Tower Grove Park on Saturday, April 6, 2013. Registration will start at 8 AM and the run/walk will start at 9 AM.
Instructions for RegistrationYou can register as an individual participant or as part of a team. Two or more people can form a team. Every participant in a team has to register separately but should indicate his/her team's name in the appropriate field.
The registration fee is $25 per participant ($20 for students). Children under 12 can participate for free.
Please register online via our secure server and start fundraising to help fight skin cancer!
If you prefer to register by mail, please fill out the registration form, include a check for $25 per participant or $20 per student participant (payable to: Siteman Cancer Center, memo section: Sprint - Skin Cancer), and send to:

Fundraising
Once you have registered for the Sprint for Skin Cancer walk/run event, you can ask family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, or anyone else who may be interested in sponsoring you. There are many easy ways for them to donate:
- ONLINE - Please direct them here where they can fill out a simple online form to donate whatever amount they wish. Remind them to indicate that they are sponsoring you (or your team) in the appropriate field.
- BY CHECK - Collect checks from your sponsors (payable to: Siteman Cancer Center; memo section: Sprint - Skin Cancer). You can either mail the checks with the sponsorship form to the address above, or submit them when you show up for the event on April 6.
- BY CASH - Collect donations from your sponsors and submit the donations when you show up for the event on April 6 with the sponsorship form.
Raffle
Please let your supporters know that anyone in the St. Louis area can enter to win our grand prize raffle, a cosmetic consultation and three Syneron GentleMax Pro laser skin series treatments (e.g. skin rejuvenation, skin tightening, wrinkle reduction, age spots, and spider veins) valued at $1000.
Raffle tickets are 1 for $10 or 3 for $25.
To purchase raffle tickets, please call Pam Gassner at 314-362-8187 or bring cash or check to the event. You do NOT have to be present to win.
